20 Acres property borders the Taberi river along which many natural pools offer freshness and sits in front of the Bout Sable beach where giant sea turtles come each year to nest.

Villa and landowners enjoy fractional ownership of a twin-engine aircraft. This allows them and their guests/renters to fly in and out of Dominica from any Caribbean hub or island; These same aircraft is used to export the plantation fruits to neighboring islands, and for eventual Medicare flights to French hospitals of Guadeloupe or Martinique. Useful too to reach in a 50 minutes flight the most beautiful beaches of the Grenadines, or the shopping Mecca of St Barth's. And each flight hour generate 1 new tree planted at Citrus Creek Plantation for Carbon Free compensation. This was made possible thanks to our sister company Air Tropical.

 Citrus Creek Plantation is a completely sustainable operation: Stones and wood used for building come from the land and the Valley, water is caught both from the rain and the river, is filtered and stored in special tanks and finally dive down the ridge through a smart pipe network and simultaneously produce energy thanks to modern hydro turbines, then make their way to each and every houses tabs, the remaining water being used for personal waterfalls and the rocky river pool.

 
Alternate energy is available with Solar panels and Hydro turbines through our sister company Sustainable Earth Inc.
